Avatars?

Is there any facility to put an avatar on this forum?

Also I think as the forum (hopefully) gets bigger, perhaps you could add some more sections i.e. an off topic section.

Edit to say I have just found the control panel and there is a facility to add an avatar but it is disabled, would it be possible to make this a feature, I think people like to have fun with avatars.
