Key Men
With 10 goals so far this season, Richard Butcher has emerged as Notts main threat this season. The ex-Peterborough man does not light the game up but he finds those spaces around the area and with 8 goals so far he is a midfield player with an eye for goal. Macclesfield will have to be wary of Butcher’s runs into the area because he as the ability to score goal around the edge of the area. Notts also have Danny Crow who signed who is on a two month loan deal after his first loan spell earlier in the season did not last a full match.
Macclesfield striker Gareth Evans has been in good form lately, contributing 3 goals in the last 5 starts and 6 goals in total this season. The Notts defence will have to keep an eye on the Macclesfield striker around the area.
Prediction
We at www.youpies.co.uk think this will be a close game. Notts need to beat the teams that are below or around them from now to the end of the season. So we think the score will be
Macclesfield 0-2 Notts County
