Well Richo`s reign as manager of Notts County came to an end this afternoon as Notts and Cambridge played out a 0-0 draw in the final game of the 2004/05 season. Notts had to thank goalkeeper Saul Deeney for keeping the game at 0-0 with a fine display in maybe his last game for Notts County .

Notts County today were delighted to announce that its board of directors have elected Steve Thompson as Chairman with immediate effect .Steve has been a director since January 2004.Steve as Chairman will be working closer with Chief Executive Patrick Nelson and NCFC staff to move Notts in the right direction.
