Gudjon Leaves Notts . (26/05/2006)
After a strange day at Meadow Lane yesterday BBC radio Nottingham have reported that Gudjon Thordarson as Left Notts County football club. Well this morning Notts County official site confirmed that Gudjon has left the club with immediate effect and by mutual consent. Please leave your thoughts on this here

Notts County football club have confirmed that Ross MacLaren has left the club by mutual consent. Ross was assistant manager at Meadow Lane last season. He was put on leave just days before the final game of the season. It is also reported that that part-time goal keeping coach Steve Marcella has also left the club. Edwards Signs New Deal . (26/05/2006)
Mike Edwards yesterday signed a new contract. Mike has signed a two year contract with the magpies. After a bad 2004/05 season with injuries mike came through last season strong and the departure of Kelvin Wilson to Preston as seen Mike drop back to be a defender and show some solid performances. Liam Needham today signed a new one year contract. Liam who is 20 was signed last season from Gainsborough Trinity and made 21 appearances last season and 1 as a sub. Les Bradd is back at meadow lane, Les is the all time top scorer for Notts County, and comes in as commercial sales executive. Les was previously at the club in the lottery office before moving to Forest in a commercial role. Please leave your thoughts on this match here

Notts County 2-2 Bury . (07/05/2006)
Notts came from two behind with five minutes to go to secure league 2 football for next season. Bury went in front after 41 minutes when mattis scored. Things looked bad when Youngs scored on 81 minutes as most fans started to fear the worst. Martin pulled one back for the magpies on 86 minutes. Then on 89 minutes the ground erupted as the ref gave a penalty and up stepped Baudet to level the game and secure league 2 football for next season in front of 9,817 fans . Notts County Football club have reduced the price for a ticket for saturday`s game against Bury. The Tickets have to be purchased before Friday 8pm to get the reduced price which is Adult £10 Concessions £6 and are for the unreserved areas of the ground.
