Notts went to Yeovil after 4 straight defeats and came back surprisingly with all 3 points. Oakes gave Notts a fantastic start when he chipped the Yeovil goalkeeper from just inside the halfway line. Notts then doubled their lead before the break when Hurst headed in a Zadkovich's cross and Stallard made it 3 in the second half Yeovil did pull one back through Phil Jevons on 86 minutes but the match was all over by then .

Notts lost at home to Bristol Rovers today 2-1. Bristol started the game brightly but it was Notts who went in front on 9 minutes when the Bristol keeper could not hold Oakes shot and Hurst scored from 2 yards .But things went wrong 1 minute before half time when Baudet put through his own net to make it 1-1. Walker was then to get the winning goal on 53 minutes with a looping header giving Elliot no chance .

Notts County`s player/manager Ian Richardson is out for the season .Notts boss "Richo" is to have another operation on his knee which will keep him out for the season . Richo will have the operation this week on his knee and will hopefully be 100% for next season .

It as been confirmed that David Pipe will miss two matches over the Easter period. David as been called up to Welsh under 21 squad and will miss the Bristol Rovers home match and the Yeovil away match. David as been a solid member of the squad and will be deeply missed for these two matches

Saul Deeney will receive a 3 match ban following his sending off against Kidderminster at the weekend. Saul`s ban will start straight away which leaves a opportunity for on loan keeper Rob Elliot who was used as a sub after Deeney was sent off on saturday.

It was revealed today that Julian Baudet will be out of action for a couple of weeks after the big defender sustaining a calf strain against Swansea on Saturday .He picked up the knock after 15 minutes against Swansea and was replaced by young Friars .
