Notts County football club today signed Junior Mendes. Striker Mendes was released by Huddersfield at the end of last season. Junior as scored nearly 50 goals in his career so the 29 year old could be the missing link from last season. Click here for more on this story

Notts County football club today signed 4 players. Striker Jason lee and defender Matt Somner have signed two year contracts and striker Lawrie Dudfield and defender Alan White will sign one year deals on the 1st July when there current contracts expire. Click here for more on this story

Notts County football club today named there new manager as Steve Thompson. This is Mr Thompson`s second spell at the club and his first job is to form a team for the coming season.
