Notts County lost this pre-season friendly at Edgar Street 2-1. Notts went behind when Guy Ipoua scored then Ryan Green made to 2-0 in the first half. Notts had to wait till the second half and it was trialist Jake Sheridan who got on the score sheet in front of 777 fans.

Notts carried on there impressive form against higher league opposition with a 1-0 home win against championship side Derby County. Notts goal came from Mike Edwards after 39 minutes in front of 3,078 fans at Meadow lane
Doncaster 1-2 Notts Co. (22/07/2005)
Notts Win away at Doncaster. Notts played a 4 5 1 formation in the first half and deserved to be behind at half time thanks to a Guy goal. In the second half Notts changed to a 4 4 2 formation and played much better. Two free kicks from Baudet earned Notts another win against higher league opposition .

Notts County beat Gillingham 2-1 today. Notts continued there unbeaten run in pre-season friendlys thanks to goals from White and Gordon at Meadow Lane. More to follow

Notts County will be launching the new kit on Friday 5th August. the club shop will be open from 9am till 7pm so you have plenty of time to get your new home kit for 2005/06 season to wear at Torquay.
Harrad Goes (15/07/2005)
Notts County have today terminated the contract of young striker Shaun Harrad. Shaun Harrad who had a year left on his current contract as mutually agreed to end his time at Meadow. Shaun wanted first team football and with Notts having five strikers and looking at more first team opportunities would of been limited.

Notts today have signed young defender Dan Martin. Dan who is 18 as signed a one year contract with Notts after leaving Derby County who he was with for Ten Years
Notts Co masters . (10/07/2005)
Notts County get to the final of the central masters. Notts drew in there first match with Leicester City 1-1 and then played out a 0-0 draw with Derby County. So it was all on in the final group game Notts needed to win and Forest only needed a draw and it was Notts who went on to the final with a fantastic 5-0 victory against our close rivals. Notts played Leicester in the final and a fantastic chip by Dean Thomas was not enough as Leicester won 3-1. Well played Notts lets hope we go one better next year. e

Notts County today Made there 4th signing of the summer when Andy White join Notts after being released by Crewe. Andy White who is 6ft 4" joins Notts on a one year contract. Steve Scoffham as also signed a one year contract .

Notts County today Made there third signing of the summer when Lewis McMahon put pen to paper. Lewis McMahon a former Sheffield Wednesday player as signed a one year deal with Notts County.
