YouPies - a fan's view of Notts County FC

Youpies.co.uk looks at what you, the fans could do to help Notts

Since the 2002-03 season the average attendance at Meadow Lane have fallen.

It’s been five seasons since the last time Notts had an average over 6000.

Last season was the first time since the 1986-87 season that Notts County’s average attendance fell below the 5,000 mark.

This season so far the average attendance is 4,346. This could or was down to the previous management with fans deciding to do better things with their time on a Saturday afternoon.

Now the time has come to think with a new manager at the helm it could be time to start going down the Lane again.

Notts have listened to the fans and with the “Charlie season ticket” offer it could be your time to get back down the lane.

You could play your part in the Notts County revival; just think if Notts could get the 700 - 1,000 fans that went missing this season back through the turnstiles, money could be made available to the new management duo.

So remember this Saturday it’s Charlie’s first game in charge back at the Lane so lets come out in force and show him the fans do care about this club and will back him 100%.
