Well another season finished at Meadow Lane with just the final match away at Cambridge togo. After another defeat in front of 6,424 you could see why Notts finished so low in this league. Notts never got into this match and when Barry-Murphy scored after 47 minutes the points were Bury`s.The question on peoples minds is did Deeney and Oakes play there last games at Meadow Lane

Notts and Shrewsbury shared the points in this league 2 match today at Gay Meadow. Notts scored first through when young Shaun Harrad grabbed his first goal of the season. Shrewsbury leveled things on 60 minutes when David Edwards scored in front of 4,202

Notts County are on the lookout for a new manager after Ian Richardson was told that the club will only be offering him a players contract next season. Rumours have already started and Paul Hart is favorite according to the media but time will tell.

Notts Co 2-2 Grimsby . (16/04/2005)

Notts and Grimsby played out a 2-2 draw at Meadow Lane. Grimsby took the lead on 27 minutes through Notts old boy Andy Parkinson. Then on 50 minutes Crowe doubled the lead and it seemed that Notts would lose but two free kicks from Oakes in the last 15 minutes earned the Magpies a draw in front of 5,478.

Notts will go into next season with a new kit. Today the official site says that voting will take place only on Saturday via text or at the club shop. The three kits in the running will be on display at the club shop Saturday or will be online Wednesday ,Thursday and friday on the official club site .

Oxford 2-1 Notts Co. (09/04/2005)

Well after 2 fine wins against top sides Notts lost this afternoon to Oxford. A first half goal from Baudet after 27 minutes gave Notts a lead but two second half penalty's from Mooney after 75 and 82 minutes gave Oxford all 3 points. Ullathorn injury news. (06/04/2005)

Notts County defender Rob Ullathorn will later this week seek specialist help on a groin strain. Rob will find out if he needs a operation after a reoccurrence of his groin strain on Saturday in the 1-0 win at home to Lincoln .

Notts kept the good run against the top sides going today at home to Lincoln City. A first half penalty from Baudet on 41 minutes after Hurst had been fouled in the area gave Notts 3 points in this east midlands derby. Notts had to play the final 34 minutes with 10 men after Oakes was given his marching orders for a second bookable offence
